About This Site

This website is dedicated to promoting both the author’s works of fiction, including free stories and books for sale, and his free religious mysteries blog. He may also eventually move his Goodreads author blog to this site.

The religious mysteries blog is slowly being migrated from its old location, where old posts will still remain, so please be patient. Not all older posts may be moved to this site, so please be sure to check out the old address (url) for previous blog entries. The old url is https://faithmystery.blogspot.com

Free stories, previously only appearing on the Facebook author page, will gradually be added to this site as well. These are short stories which the author writes just for fun, and usually include some sort of moral; though, the moral is never spelled out for you. They will still be occasionally shared on the Facebook page, but the intention is to have many more of them right here for you to easily find.

About the Author

Author Daniel George OFS has been a student of religion for many decades, and has walked many spiritual paths along the way. He has studied Christian and Jewish mystic traditions, as well as Hinduism, Greek and Egyptian mystery traditions, and many of the cultures of Siberia and North America.

He was a practicing high priest and shaman for almost 20 years, and an interfaith minister for over a decade of that same time. Now, he walks a Roman Catholic path, specifically Franciscan, but continues to accept other paths to the Divine which also teach love, compassion, knowledge, and wisdom. He is a Franciscan with the OFS (Secular Franciscan Order) because of his dedication to the heart of Saint Francis and Saint Clare of Assisi.
